Trinity Hall receives ‘Safe Travels’ stamp in recognition of our health and hygiene protocols
The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and Visit Britain have issued Trinity Hall with a ‘Safe Travels’ stamp in recognition of meeting international global health and hygiene protocols and for our role as a conference and events venue in supporting the recovery of UK tourism.
The new WTTC stamp, coordinated by Visit Britain in the UK, enables travellers to recognise destinations around the world where they can experience ‘Safe Travels.’ The ‘Safe Travels’ stamp comes in addition to Trinity Hall’s ‘We’re Good to Go’ status issued by Visit Britain for following government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and offering a secure environment for conferences and events.
Jane Telfer, Conference and Events Manager at Trinity Hall, said: “We’re delighted to have received the ‘Safe Travels’ stamp in recognition of our health and hygiene protocols. Although College is currently closed for events while we focus on the wellbeing of our students, these awards highlight that we’ve been working hard behind-the-scenes and are ready to open as soon as it is safe to do so, in line with government guidelines. We’ve really missed our conference and events clients and can’t wait to welcome them back!”
