The Chetwode Room is a beautiful wood panelled historic room, located on the first floor, adjacent to the Leslie Stephen Room. With its attractive historic features, fine marble fireplace and period furniture, the Chetwode Room is popular for intimate dinners of up to 16 guests.
The Chetwode Room also works well for pre-dinner drinks before dinner in the Leslie Stephen Room.

Historical information:
- The Chetwode Room is named after Dr John Chetwode, a Fellow of Trinity Hall in the 18th century, who bequeathed the fine marble fireplace and large oval table which forms the centrepiece of this attractive room
